Hello, Dr. Jay!  Just checking in.  My school work is getting better.  I am becoming more disciplined about my work.  I actually read two 300-page books over the break, wrote a four-and-a-half page essay, a two-page outline, and did 16 physics assignments.  I had a lot of make-up work to do but I did it!  I kept thinking about how you said that if I could make it through the hard times now, when things were hard, I would have the strength to say, “I’ve done this before.  I can do it again.”

It really helped.  I hope to hear from you soon!  --Jiliane (HS Student)
